What we collect, why, and what you can ask us.

DISTRI-COM USA (“EXHIBIZ”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on exhibiz.us and in our reseller space, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to keep your current quote on your device. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to measure visits: pages viewed, device type, approximate country, and actions such as a quote request or an account sign-up. Nothing is loaded before you click “Accept” in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are kept for up to 14 months.
We sell nothing to anyone. We share only what is needed with the companies that run our tools and our deliveries: our customer and quoting platform, our e-mail provider, our web host (in the European Union), Google Analytics if you accepted it and the carriers that deliver your order. They act on our instructions.
Account and quote records are kept while your account is open and then for the period required by US tax and accounting rules. Saved carts are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Server logs are kept a few weeks.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you follow-up e-mails. Write to contact@exhibiz.us and we answer within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any follow-up e-mail in one click.
Passwords are stored as one-way fingerprints, never in clear text. The site runs over HTTPS. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
