Quotes, lead times, payment, shipping and warranty.

These terms apply to every quote, order and delivery made by DISTRI-COM USA (“EXHIBIZ”) through exhibiz.us and its reseller space. Placing an order means you accept them.
The reseller space is for businesses. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Reseller and distributor price levels are granted by us and can be reviewed.
Prices are in US dollars. A quote is valid for the period shown on it, normally 30 days. Prices shown include packaging, and shipping when a rate is available for your address; sales tax is shown separately. Custom pieces are made to your artwork and your sizes: check them carefully before accepting a quote.
Lead times are workshop dispatch times: the number of business days before your order leaves our Miami workshop. Carrier transit time comes on top. Lead times start when we have your order, your final artwork and, when required, your payment. Cut-off hours are shown in the reseller space.
Unless we agreed otherwise in writing, orders are payable before shipping. Payment terms, when granted, are shown on the invoice. Late payment may suspend orders in progress.
Florida sales tax applies to orders picked up or delivered in Florida. It is not charged if we hold your valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate, verified by our team. You are responsible for any tax due in your own state.
You can have your order shipped, collect it free at our Miami workshop, or use our Miami courier. Risk passes to you when the goods leave our workshop or are handed to you. Check the goods on arrival and note any damage on the carrier’s document, then tell us within 48 hours.
Custom pieces are made for you: once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or returned, except if the piece does not match the accepted quote. Changes after acceptance may change the price and the lead time.
You confirm that you own, or are allowed to use, the logos and artwork you send us, and you cover us against any claim about them. We may show pictures of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
We warrant that our work matches the accepted quote. Polystyrene is a light material, made for indoor use unless we state otherwise; normal wear, outdoor exposure, bad handling or installation are not covered. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost events or lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong to the courts of Miami-Dade County.
