Straight answers
Give us the Pantone or RAL reference and we print to it. A screen never shows what ink on a substrate will look like, so for a large job ask for a printed sample first — the same file on the same material. It costs little and settles the question before the whole run.
It depends on the ink, the lamination and the sun. Florida is hard on print: full south-facing sun shortens the life of anything. Tell us where it goes and for how long, and we choose the material for that — laminating an outdoor print is not an upsell, it is what makes it last.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) whenever the artwork allows it, or a raster file at a resolution that suits the finished size — a large banner is looked at from a distance and needs far less than a panel read at arm's length. Send what you have and we tell you straight away whether it will hold up.
Not on length — a banner runs as long as you need. Width is limited by the machine and by the roll, and beyond that the image is split into panels whose joins are placed where they will not be noticed. For rigid boards, the sheet size sets the limit and the same rule applies.
