The sooner the drawings are fixed, the calmer everything else is. That said, the workshop can manufacture in a single day when it has to — a late change or a booth that has to be replaced is not a lost cause. Tell us the show date first, we work backwards from it.
We build, ship, install and dismantle. The forms every venue demands — floor plans to approve, rigging, power, labour rules — are part of the job and we go through them with you. Union labour rules differ from one venue to the next in the United States; tell us the hall and we check what applies before anything is built.
Three options, and they cost very different amounts. It goes back into our storage between events; it is built to be reconfigured, which is what the T3 system is for; or it is a one-off and we dispose of it. Decide this before we design, not after — it changes how the booth is built.
Yes, and we often do. We take the drawings, tell you honestly what will not stand up or will not pass the venue's rules, and propose the fix. If there are no drawings, we produce the 3D plans ourselves and you approve them before anything is cut.
