If you exhibit once or twice a year, renting almost always wins — you are not paying for a structure that sits in a warehouse for ten months. Past three or four shows a year with the same footprint, buying starts to pay, and the rental can be converted into ownership rather than starting over.
Yes, and most customers do. The structure is the part that is rented; the printed graphics are yours and are replaced whenever the message changes. That is much cheaper than a new booth and it is the whole point of renting.
We do. Build before the doors open, dismantle after they close, transport both ways and storage in between are part of the rental — you turn up to a finished booth. If the venue requires its own labour for certain tasks, we tell you before you book, not after.
Stock is finite, and the big American shows book out the same weeks every year. As soon as you have a stand number, tell us. A late request is not impossible — it simply narrows what is still available.
