IAAPA Expo
IAAPA Expo has always used the North and South buildings of the OCCC. For 2026 it adds the West building. If your stand number falls in West, the route, the dock and the distance your crates travel inside the venue are all new — worth confirming before you plan the install.
Attractions people build immersive environments for a living. A flat printed panel reads as cheap to this audience in a way it would not elsewhere. Sculpted volumes, real depth and a proper paint finish are worth the money here — it is literally the product they buy.
Orlando is 235 road miles from Miami. One truck, no air freight, no border, and a panel that has to be recut mid-show can reach you the next morning. Of the big American shows, this is the one where being based in Florida actually shows.
