The second largest exhibition space in the United States, split between a North and a South building. Which building you are in decides the loading dock, the route and how far your crates travel once they are off the truck.
Orlando is a day's drive from the workshop. A forgotten panel, a graphic to reprint, a repair after the freight handling — these are solvable in Orlando in a way they are not on the other side of the country.
Florida is a right-to-work state, and the labour rules at the OCCC are markedly less restrictive than in Las Vegas or Chicago. That does not mean there are none — it means there is more room to do things yourself.

Orlando is the easiest of the five for a workshop based in Miami: same state, same sales tax rules, one truck, no air freight and no border. Roughly 235 miles separate the two, which is a driving day rather than a logistics project. For a booth that has to be adjusted on site, or for a show where something always needs replacing at the last minute, that distance is the whole argument.
