Las Vegas
Las Vegas is a union town, and that is the single thing that surprises first-time exhibitors most. Installation and dismantling are generally carried out by union labour, with one important exception: an exhibitor may usually set up a small booth — the threshold is commonly 300 square feet — using its own full-time employees and hand tools only, no power tools and no ladders beyond a certain height. The exact wording is in the exhibitor manual of your show, not in a general rule, and it is worth reading before you plan to do anything yourself.
